Parties and scope
These terms cover the site at pt.yasinsukrutan.com and the services offered through it. The service is provided by Yasin Şükrü Tan; anyone who visits the site or uses the services is taken to have accepted these terms. Purchases are additionally governed by the Distance Selling Agreement, which takes precedence over these terms in the event of a conflict.
Description of the service
The service provided is remote online coaching: a training program written around your goal, your training history, the number of days you can commit to and the equipment you have access to, together with updates to that program based on your logs. The site may also sell pre-made digital training programs. The service is not in-person coaching; it does not include being present during your session or correcting your form live.
How the service is delivered
The process runs remotely. After payment you receive an intake form covering the information needed to write the program and a physical activity readiness screening. Once the form is submitted, the program is prepared and sent by email. How often the program is revised, and how much contact there is during the process, depends on the package purchased; what each package includes is stated on the package page. Support and all formal notices run over email.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information you give in the intake form and during the process is accurate and complete, that you will report without delay any change in your health that could affect training, that you apply the program at your own responsibility, and that you will not share, copy or sell the program written for you or any digital product you purchase.
Health and safety
The service is not a medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation service, and the content on this site is not a substitute for medical advice. Your health is screened before training through the physical activity readiness questionnaire in the intake form. Anyone with an active complaint, a diagnosis or a restriction set by a physician must obtain a medical assessment first. If pain, dizziness or a similar symptom occurs during training, stop and consult a physician. The following limits of practice apply to the whole of this service:
- I am not a dietitian: I do not provide personalised diet plans. What I can offer is a general nutrition framework; when more is needed, I refer you to a dietitian.
- I am not a physician: I do not diagnose, treat, or run injury rehabilitation. Clients with an active complaint see a doctor first.
- I am not a competition prep coach: I do not work on stage or contest preparation.
- I do not guarantee results. I do not promise timelines.
Scope of nutrition support
No personalised diet or nutrition plan is provided; that is the remit of dietitians. What can be provided, within the scope of the service, is a general nutrition framework. Where a personalised nutrition plan is needed, you are referred to a dietitian.
No guarantee of results
Response to training varies from person to person; age, training history, sleep, nutrition, workload and adherence to the program all affect the outcome. For that reason no specific result is promised and no timeline is committed to. What is committed to is that the service is delivered in the way these terms describe.
Intellectual property in programs
All intellectual property rights in the training program prepared for you and in any digital product you purchase belong to Yasin Şükrü Tan. By paying for a program you obtain only a personal, non-transferable right to use it yourself. Copying, reproducing, passing it to third parties, publishing it online or elsewhere, distributing it whether for payment or free of charge, and using it to train other people all fall outside that right. This obligation continues after the package has ended.
Payment
Payments are not completed on this site but through the infrastructure of the payment provider; the provider used for English-language sales is Gumroad. Card details are not collected, processed or stored on this site. The applicable price is the amount displayed on the payment page at the time of purchase, and performance of the service begins once the price has been collected in full.
Start of service and delivery
The service begins when the intake form is submitted in full. The program is prepared within 3 business days of the form arriving and is sent to the email address you provide. Because the program cannot be written without the form, that period runs from when the form arrives, not from the moment of payment.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
The right of withdrawal, refund conditions and the refund process are set out on a separate page, in the Refunds and Withdrawal notice. The terms differ between coaching and pre-made digital products; read the relevant section before purchasing.
Protection of personal data
The purposes for which personal data is processed, who it is shared with and the rights of the data subject are explained in the KVKK Information Notice. Because the intake form and the weekly check-in form contain health data, that data additionally relies on explicit consent; the detail is in the Explicit Consent notice. The site's use of cookies is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
A limited number of third-party services are used to run the site: the hosting provider, the payment provider, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on form submissions, Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics, and email infrastructure. Each of these sees only the data its own function requires; which data goes where is set out in the KVKK Information Notice.
Intellectual property in site content
Intellectual property rights in the text, images, photographs, logo, design and program materials on this site belong to Yasin Şükrü Tan. Copying, reproducing, republishing elsewhere or using this content commercially without permission is unlawful. Reasonable quotation with attribution falls outside this restriction.
Rules for using the site
Conduct that disrupts the operation of the site, threatens its security or blocks access to it is prohibited. This includes bulk data extraction by automated tools, attempted unauthorised access, attempts to circumvent security measures, sending harmful software to the site, and copying content without permission. Where such conduct is identified, access may be blocked and legal remedies may be pursued.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided with the scope described in these terms. Applying the training at your own responsibility, the accuracy of what you declare about your health and following your physician's advice are your responsibility; no liability is accepted for consequences arising from those areas. There is no undertaking that the site will run without interruption or error, or that there will be no outages originating from the hosting and payment providers. Nothing in this section excludes liability arising from the fault of Yasin Şükrü Tan; mandatory provisions of consumer law are reserved.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the scope of the service or in the applicable law. The current text is published on this page and takes effect when published. Changes are not applied retrospectively to agreements formed before they took effect.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer resident in Türkiye, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts according to the applicable monetary thresholds. If you are a consumer resident outside Türkiye, nothing in these terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence; where such mandatory provisions apply, they prevail to the extent required by that law. Any dispute resolution rights or procedures available to consumers under applicable mandatory law remain unaffected by these terms.
